Vaio SVF15A1B4E - Keyboard Hotkeys

I downgraded my Vaio SVF5A1BE and installed all the drivers displayed in the sony web page, but the Keyboard Hotkeys doesn't work, what can I do for solve this issue?

Hi ersard and welcome to the Sony Users Community Forums.

I don't think it is clear to us what drivers/utilities are required on Windows 8 models to make the Special Keys work.  Have you installed ALL the Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities for Windows 7 from here?: -

You may have to phone Vaio Support on Monday and ask for their advice.

Have you tried installing the following IN THIS ORDER: -

1. Sony Firmware Extension Parser

2. Sony Shared Library

3. VAIO® Control Center

4. VAIO Power Management

1 & 2 MUST be installed first.

On the Sony USA website, there is a "Hotkey Utilities" download which includes 3 & 4 but it may not be applicable for your model - I would contact Vaio Support first.
