I have setup a new VGN-FW31ZJ vwith french(belgium) vista on it. Registration has been done etc...
But each time I try the vaio update program (4.0.0.08280), I get an error "la mise à jour n'a pas pu afficher la page demandée. Réessayer ultérieurement. MessageID=0010", something like "update can't display update page, try later".
I found on this forum old threads about message 008, but they don't help as they indicate to patch the vaio update program but the installed version is already the last one...
I phoned Sony support, they only propose to reinstall completely the notebook... without any certitude...
Does somebody have any idea?
