VCG V2M LCD Fan error

Hi everyone,
I have a VGC V2M from more than one year.
Now when it boots, always stops in the Bios page giving the following message:

LCD Fan is abnormal!
LCD Temperature is abnormal!
Hardware monitor found an error, press F2 to enter setup.

Well, pressing F2 I enter in the setup, but Hardware monitor doesn't have any voice aboute LCD. Also disabling all the item in the Hardaware monitor doesn't give any result.
If I press F2 key, enter the setup and than press the Esc key, exiting setup without any change, computer works fine.
Well, can anyone help me to fix this problem?
Thanks.

Is the fan running?
If so maybe all it needs is some compressed air to remove dust from inside

The two fan I can see removing the back cover are working.
Do you confirm there is an LCD fan ?
Hardware monitor in the bios setup doen't report it.
Where I can look to?
Thanks.:smileyconfused:

Hmmm, if the problem isn't solved after doing a BIOS default then you'll probably need to send it in for repair. These V series are a bit to tricky to take apart if you look @ the design...

I have also just experienced the exact same problem.

Some hints on their American support site about this problem suggested that you reset the bios (f5, then f10). But it didn't work for me.

I raised a ticket with e-support last night. I'll let you know what they say...
