VGC-LT2S Screen gone

The screen on my VGC-LT2S has gone. Is there any way to attach an external monitor to this machine?

Hi Bbuilder,

USB to VGA/HDMI/DVI adaptors are available but as the VGC-LT2S is one of the models that Sony acknowledge is effected by the Nvidia GPU problem I suspect that your problem is not a failed screen but a failed GPU. For more detail on this click support tab at the top of this page, enter your model and then on the 'Tips and solutions tab' type "Blank Screen" in the search field and click on the result.

If it is the GPU problem I don't think the adaptor will be of any use to you.

Unfortunately you will be out of the four year period for a free repair but you may wan't to consult an independent repairer for a no fix no fee quotation.
