Just purchased a new Sony VGN-AR21S LAPTOP and amazed to find there is no user manual or guide / tour of any kind in the package.

I am looking for a link to a step by step overview / tour / user guide of the machines capabilities - any ideas?

you should have a user manual stored on your hard drive at the following location:

C:\Documentation\Documentation\EN

or you can find it online by clicking here and then chosing the user guide in whatever language you wish. hope this helps
