i am using vaio VGNFS415S, recently got it... i am having prblems copying-backup- data on DVD... i followed some solutions on the forums, used roxio media copy programme, it tells me some files are erased (!) which ar on my HD, then i downloaded CDBurner XP, that seemed working but when i compare the data on HD and the backup CD some data are missing ramdomly!
Some of my file names contain non-english characters, can this cause the problem...? If so what can be done...?
can someone help me?
