Having purchased a VGN-SX3XWP/C in Nov/Dec (uncertain of exact purchase date, since through insurance replacemet). I have been trying to upgrade using the club vaio link. For some reason the COC is not being recoginised and I have not been able to access the customer support. Have other had difficulty with upgrading via this link. Seems either poorly designed or deliberately difficult.
Would be interested in response from someone fron Sony.
