What is the best memory, which i can buy to this laptop?

I've notebook sony vaio VGN-FS115B

By default this laptop has:
512 MB DDR SDRAM (PC2700 - DDR333) (2x256) (shared with Video Memory)

The "Maximum RAM" here is 1 GB DDR SDRAM.

Now, during my normal work 512 MB is to small... I want to upgrade to 1GB. So i have to buy two 512 MB memory modules.

1. What is the top memory frequency i can insert here?
For example can i insert here PC8000 1000MHz?

2. Can i insert to this laptop DDR 2, or only DDR?

3. What CL should this memory have?
CL 1.0 or CL 2.0 or CL 2.5 or CL 3.0 or CL 4.0 or CL 5.0?
