Which vista would be ok for my Vaio VGC VA1

Hi everyone I have VAIO VGC-VA1 and want to know if I can upgrade to any of the Vista. I have put it to factory setting by going through the Vaio Recovery Utilities as I did not get the CDs with this system. I want to know how I go about installing Vista on this.
