Windows XP Pro SR 2 on Vaio PCG FX503

After formatting partition c and installing Windows XP Pro SR 2 on my Vaio PCG FX503, the Hot keys, Vaio Action Setup and Notebook Setup are not working. Who can help me?

Probably your system is missing the VAIO utilities drivers and applications. Go to VAIO link homepage and check the Download Area > Drivers and Updates section. You'll need to validate the download with the serial number of your computer.

As I Installed the utilities I get those Errors:

Vaio Action Setup: Error: Loading SnyEvent.DLL

PTLACPI Open Dll() failed

Sony Notebook Setup: Sony Notebook Setup does not support to model name of this machine. Please get the newest Sony Notebook Setup.

Can you explain?
