Hi,

I have the same problem with my VGN-NS30Z. Contacted Sony in writing and told to go away with short sharp jerky movements as my PC is out of warranty. Wouldn't buy another Vaio for this reason as my old Dell's which had the same use are still looking fine.

Not impressed at all with Sony's attitiude so will vote with my feet!!

Sorry to hear that Br. Basically, if the notebook is out of warranty, nothing much you can do on hardware issue but to purchase a new one. For this case, a keyboard.

I usually look at this as a reason to buy a new one. https://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/vmware_happy.gif

Hi brsmith3119,

you may be able to purchase replacement keys or even a complete keyboard from somewhere like ebay..
