Z1SP: P1 and P2 Hotkeys are not working anymore...

... hm, made some Tweaknow Regsitry Cleaning, some system-optimizing and ... the Hotkeys P1 and P2 are not working anymore. I told in the Sony Notebook Setup Utlity to have P1 as "Mute" and P2 as "Full Brightness" ... but the Keys don´t work anymore - do I have to start a special Service or install a special Driver? Utlity? Please help me!

Run the UTILS.EXE utility from C:\UTILS - that ought to do it!

If you get no joy, look for the utility on VAIO-Link

No, the problem still exists.

I installed the Sony Utils new, installed the Sony Notebook Setup new - can choose whatever I want in the Sony Notebook Setup - the keys still remain dead 😞 Any other ideas ... please ... I need ´em 😞

Also reinstall the Sony Shared Libraries before reinstalling Sony Utilities. After that, if it still doesn't work then put a shortcut to the hotkey program in your startup folder.

Avoid using Registry Cleaners they rarely work well and have dubious benefits on most systems.

True, don't bother using them, they mess up PCs rather than do better.
