Bluetooth tethering disables after flighmode on/off

My Xperia 1 IV disables "Bluetooth internet sharing" every time i use flight mode on/off. This means that I have to go into "settings" - "network and Internet" - "WiFi Zone and internet sharing"- "Bluetooth internet sharing" and turn it "on" to enable the navigation system in my car to download routes, maps and traffic though my phones internet connection. I am note sure if this behavior was introduced in the latest update for Android 13 number 64.1.A.0.851 or  if it's been like this always? I don't think it sounds correct by Sony to disable this every time flight mode is used. Any thoughts or solutions on this ?

I think it does make sense, cause it disables all wireless communication.

there is an easier way to access your hotspot setting though, straight from the notification shade.

swipe down from home screen. tap on the pencil icon on lower left. add Hotspot tile by holding and dragging it to your notification shade,
