Sony Xperia 1 II Audio Sync problems

I don't know if this is hardware or software related. I've only had the phone 3 days but have tested YouTube Netflix and Prime are not synced with audio. It is noticeable to everyone I have shown. Anybody have any ideas? Is possible it is hardware I think with the phone box looking battered.

Running 58.0.A.3.132, and latest Netflix beta, no issues here.

And checked Amazon as well, and watched the latest episode of The Boys, and again, no issues.
