Sony xperia 1 ii pre order headphone offer

I pre ordered my Xperia on the 18th June I completed the claim to get the sony mx3 headphone offer. 

I am still yet to receive them. O2 say it's Sony fault and vice versa, I am getting nowhere. I have been sending emails to Sony o2 and exertis (the giveaway company) and still nothing. Has anyone in the UK received theirs?

I posted in another topic, but if you bothered to read the information regarding the redemption it clearly stated not to apply until you had owned the phone for 14 days, the cooling off period, then after that if verified, the headphones would be sent out within 28 days.

From the redemption page, right above where you would enter your IMEI number:

Please do not claim until 14 days after you have received your handset.
If your redemption is successful you will receive your free gift within 28 days.

But seeing as theres a pandemic, and Exertis are on reduced staff, the time limit has extended, and they hope to have them out before the end of next week.

Even their emails(Exertis) state that the staff levels are reduced, and to please understand delays.
