When will the Android 10 update for Xperia 1 for the Ukraine region be released?

Sony, are you all fine there? The UA region is simply stupidly IGNORED !!!

At the moment, 04/07/2020 and there is still no update to Android 10. Why is the UA region ignored?

That other regions have been updated for a long time and, in fairness, have been updated already 3-5 times since October 2019, and the UA region is still on the buggy 55.0.A.10.26 - which, by the way, got a fingerprint because The scanner fires 2 out of 5.

A phone for 800 bucks should work that way?

Just tell me when the update to Android 10 arrives with all the fixes?

That's quite odd for a customization to be left without an update for this long. The problem is that there are many factors that might be causing this delay, among them is the service providers themselves. They must approve the updates before they are released to their area of coverage to make sure it's compatible with their services.

So even if you call the support center and asked for the reason for the delay, you'll probably get a similar answer. If you are willing to twink a bit with your phone, you can try and flash a different customization using Xperifirm and Flashtool apps. Search for the complete method on XDA forums (you'll lose all the data on your internal memory so make a backup first).

This can be done, but, I paid for the phone is not a small amount of money. I bought a top-end smartphone and would like adequate support. Sony will disappoint. Why not Sony start releasing firmware just like Apple? (without regions, the firmware is one for all) and there would be no problems, complaints, and such posts here ...

And what do Ukrainian applications have to do with firmware? The difference between the firmware of the RU region and UA is only the presence or absence of Yandex. So the question is, why the hell is it so hard for Sony to release an update for Ukraine? Honestly, I had different phones, from iPhones to Meizu, but I did not see such moronism like in Sony anywhere !!!

Have you contacted your local support service yet, and found out if there is an update planned.? 

Or phoned and asked your network, if they will or plan to update it?

Software updates are released at different times depending on the market, region, country and carrier. Therefore, we can’t name any date of appearance of a specific update for your device. In addition, some network operators and markets do not offer updates for certain models.
The availability of the update is in your area, you need to check with your mobile operator.
