This is typical of SOny Xperia support,

They know little about techinal stuff, essentially they work from a SCRIPT and if its not on that, then they have no clue at all.

Well, again, a new update, and Ukraine again by. Sony, probably the truth, will be better if you stop releasing smartphones. Tearing off $ 1,000 per phone and not giving any support is strong! Now I’m wondering, is it possible to return the phone to the manufacturer and collect my money (attention: not from the store, but from the Manufacturer !!!)?
