Very Slow Charging and battery consumption

Bought recently a new Xperia 1 VI and i regret to say that charging is insanely slow. It takes around two hours to charge the phone which i guess should not be the case?
Also, battery consumption is very poor (it is consumed quite fast). Is this something that can be fixed?
