Hi guys,
Unfortunately I continue to have problems with my Xperia 1 III and I am looking for a quicker way of reaching their customer services rather than waiting forever on an email reply. Does anyone have any contact info?
Quick info on my problem
Due to camera issues I attempted a software repair through Xperia companion. I left it to do it's thing. Waited.
I now have my phone sitting on my desk, not operational with the firmware corrupt once again and I think it is unfair I have to go through so many software repairs, end up with a bricked firmware just to try to have a functional phone, when it is only a few months after purchase. Having attempted the repair process on different PC's and ending up with the same problem, I think it's fair to say the problem is clearly not in my end.
With any other phone, you are able to perform a hard reset if you're having problems with the software or even if the PC software fails, you can still boot to recovery and do a hard reset or by even by pressing the power button and volume keys and doing a hard reset and reinstall the operating system. Sadly, this also fails on my xperia.
I will push my luck as they already rejected my return/refund request but if there is some level of care from SONY, I hope they will help to fix it or replace it but I will not buy a phone from them again.

Hey @Corruptedminds, if Xperia companion is not recognizing the phone anymore, you need to highlight "My phone is not detected" on Xperia Companion before connecting your phone to the PC. If that didn't help, it means the phone got a hardware issue which requires physical inspection, any more digging in different places would just confuse things even more. You can book a repair from your end from here.
Thanks @Piscie I have already sent it for repair as the other option was failing to install software as well. Xperia Companion was just failing to install the operating system on the handset for some reason.
I believe the repair centre had it on their testing stages so I may hear soon.
