Did you install Google lens from the app store?

After installation it will be present.

Your second question: only time will tell.

Tell us, what exactly is the issue?

Do you think I'm stupid? Are you from Sony or just an outsider?

1. Google Lens app is an option in 10II's camera from the start. From the start it appears a message: "Thanks for updating. Lens will be available soon. Please try again later." And what was your answer?! Do you still think it's not installed?! Do you have this phone to see for yourself?!

2. My issues? Only time will tell?! Is this a no-name brand? What this means for you: https://community.sony.ro/t5/xperia-10/xperia-10-ii-dual-issues/td-p/3680829

Who are you to be such an outsider of these problems with these answers?

Sony where are you? Can you see who is representing you?

Where are the right people with the right answers?

For who or what is this forum?

Please help!

Isn't this forum about Sony helping die hard fans improve quality of the products not being the 'fuser' of anyone...

Helps who being such an idiot?!

My my...

So, it's a standalone app, that does come pre-loaded in the camera, but an older version, as the version on the play store is the latest.

I open it in the camera, and it closed the camera, opens lens, and asks to open the camera..

Have you updated it?, or are you just too concerned by acting like a tool?

There's no need for it to be honest..ask a question, get an answer or opinion, if it's not right, say thanks, and move on.

FYI, Lens works just fine on the Xperia 1 II in case you wondered.  ðŸ˜Š

I have over 10 years with Sony phones and you tell me I don't know what is happening? A few minutes ago tried again and look for yourself:

So *mr Rotten* how insolent can you go more than that?!

Sony look what you have done with your site and data changes. All my data and experiences are gone! And look who to answer and what answers! (Thank you for not putting someone pertinent to answer at that thread too, Sony!)

So, in this case for you Sony, Lens are still working? I don't have time for jokes!

Sony what are you doing?!

Please help!

Your replies are being more and more impertinent, where all this go if you don't trust most die hard fans?

I am addressing to the true Sony representatives, you are such an impostor by your replies...

Check for yourself the 10II device and see what I am talking. Do you need the exif data? IMEI or what? This is embarrassing for such a company to have such people! That is why Sony have now problems with selling its products because of ones like you. I am among the last ones to convince you when in fact if you should\must help Sony, it's your duty to check out the truth and to ask me for more pertinent details. You are doing what? Philosophy of messages? Check the technical data of my posts. You need more? Take more! It's not hard for me but it's such a shame you claim yourself a helping hand. Look, took few minutes ago...

Sony get rid of these guys! 10II camera needs fixing, Lens too! Using 59.0.A.6.24 upgrade.

Please take it on serious!

Thank you!

Try disabling the Google app, and Lens, then either enabling them again, or uninstalling and updating them again.

Seems to be the only solution thus far, and that's on Googles boards, as a solution.

As to being insolent..you speak to me like I am a child, yet it is you who is throwing the tantrums..and your posts are childish, with your over the top reactions.

Remember this isn't a Sony support channel, it's a user forum, with some assistance, so please, just wind your neck in and grow up.
