Hi, I have pre-ordered (n paid) my Xperia 5III on Sept 24 at the CZC.cz store here in the Czech Republic. Since that time the estimated delivery time was already 3x postponed, from the end of Sept, till Oct 15, end of Oct to the beginning of Nov. Today, we are in the middle of November so I would like to ask here, where is the problem? The store is not able to give an estimated date! Is there a problem with devices? Or even with headphones, which should be as a gift to a certain amount of devices? Or where? When do you plan to send the phones to our (Czech) market, actually? Just curious. Looks a little bit suspicious.

there is a global chip shortage, affecting almost all electronics to be produced/shipped. Same is the reason you haven't received your phone.
