System webview fail after upgrade to android 10

After upgrade to android 10, the phone cant install updates to "system webview". It just hangs for several hours writing "installing" and then fails. But it blocks for updating all other apps.

How to delete "system webview" or remove it from the update list

Try this: goto settings - apps & notifications-play store-storage and clear cache & memory

System Webview implimentation has changed in Android 10, it's no longer required.
