Xperia 5 ii Very bad customer service

(I am writing here because I didn't get reply after several attempts)
 
Hi,
I have sent my phone (Xperia 5 ii) to SBE Ltd (in UK) for repairing/replacement under warranty. I have reported the problem (faulty display) to Sony in 22th December 2020, dropped to the Royal Mail in 24th December 2020 (with provided level) & they delivered to SBE Ltd in 30th December (thought your website says received in 5th January 2021 🤔).
Two/Three days later of that your website says it's awaiting for components. 
 
Moreover, it been long time I have sent my phone to SBE Ltd for repairing. I think you are taking far beyond the normal time to repair my phone. As far as I know the Xperia 5 ii is the newest model company's device therefore, it's components/parts may not be available for repair. So, you should not wait a age of time to get the components to repair rather than give me a new replacement device. I would like to get my device fixed back soon. If you can't fix give me a new replacement device soon.
 
This this not my fault to buy the Sony product, I thought Sony is the great brand. Therefore Sony's service should be great also but now I'm confused. I have brought the flagship device to get flagship experience out of that. I bought Xperia 5 ii instead of iPhone 12, believed it will be better. Now I have waiting so long that in the mean time Galaxy S21 has been arrived. Will it be fixed after releasing Xperia 1 iii or even Xperia 5 iii???🤔 Is it normal???🤔
 
Anyway, I would be glad if I will get my phone fixed soon or get a new replacement. I'm waiting for your kind reply with current actual status of the repair process of my phone.

Hi there, sorry to hear about your experience, but there are no Sony rep. who respond on posts here and about your issue, this has been an ongoing problem with the repair center since the covid-19 situation specially when they request components or spare parts from out side.

Only with the Sony, not because of COVID-19 but due to illegitimate service center. This things usually don't happen with Apple or Samsung. The purchase of Xperia 5 ii was my biggest mistake ever, didn't know how illegitimate brand SONY is! Look at the PS5 pre-order nightmare, holy crap!!!

Did they give you any reply about your case yet or is your device still with the repair center?

No its still with them but today I give up and told them to send my device without repair. It seems they are (sony) very happy now. What a illegitimate company SONY has became? What a joke! I will never never buy a sony product. I wanted to bye PS5 rather I will buy Xbox. I wanted to change my TV with Sony's but now I'm thinking Samsung is far better, perhaps I will get little less colour but their service is far better than Sony.
