去年11月我就买了一台sony Xperia5手机。发现了一些问题,至今都没能解决!

1.不支持volte视频通话

2.手机无法合并通话,无法使用多方通话。

3.如果手机安装较多软件,手机非常容易发热死机。因为索尼手机对软件自启动没有管控。即使启用了节电优能,还有大量软件会自启动后台运行。就算你尝试强行停止这样软件,没几分钟,他们又在后台自动运行。看来索尼宁愿让手机内存占满死机也不愿意关闭并限制后台进程。

4.糟糕的客户服务。客服喜欢打官腔,大都是机械式回复,并称没有接到其他用户反应有类似情况。至于反应的问题,客服都不处理。他们只会建议你去售后网点维修,并提供付费检测服务。对于这样软件的死机等问题。他们只负责恢复系统,并坚称手机功能正常。是因为软件装太多了。都是用户的错是啊。只要不装其他软件,手机会很流畅。都是用户的错!

It's all the user's fault. As long as no other software is installed, the phone will be smooth. It's the user's fault!

Sony does not even care about Chinese users, and the customer service is more ignorant of the problems reflected. It only recommends that it be sent to the after-sales recovery system and charge a testing fee. On the first day of use, I found a problem. If I want to return the phone, it is not supported. 1 & 2 - are network dependent. Your network provider must enable/activate/certify/Support the phone for VoLTE calls. Merging calls and Multi-Party calls are also network-dependent 

3 -  Never had this issue. Have you been sideloading apps? If you want a phone with aggressive RAM management, phones like RedMi etc would be right up in your alley

4 - This is true. Sony customer support has become utterly useless and they are more terrible than Motorola

1 & 2 - I guess you have no idea how VoLTE works. The particular model has to be enabled by your carrier and i guess the Samsung models are already approved. Sony cannot do anything here, you have to contact your network provider's customer service

3 - Get a Redmi or Xiomi or a similar phone which has aggresive RAM management, as simple as that or do not install those crappy apps

4- Totally agree with it, the customer service is terrible and worse than Motorola's. And complaining in this forum won't help you either, nobody from Sony checks this forum. Except for @Jonas the rest of moderators here do copy-paste or close the thread.

Do yourself a favor and get a different phone
