I have a vaio laptop model number VGN-FW11E with the original Samsung 250gb SATA 2.5" HD.
Can I upgrade this to HD to a 1tb SATA HD?
Would the machine be compatible with the 1tb drive?
I have heard that the max I would be able to install is 750gb, but the person who told me thinks that might apply to older XPmachines only.
The current drive has Vista on it but I plan on putting Win7 on the new one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
