WHere is my laptop?

I ordered my custom Vaio on the 9th July and am yet to receive any information other than the confirmation email? Why is this taking so long? I need this laptop ASAP!!!

Hi Davecarey93,

Customised Vaio models usually take, on average, 3 weeks for delivery. You should recieve an email once the notebook has been manufactured and ready for dispatch. The delivery option you elected for on placing your order will determine how long it will then take to arrive.

i ordered on July 17th and day after i receive @mail that ill get it between 14th and 21st of august!?
you did not get any massaege from them?
