Cannot complete new product registration

Hi, I am trying to register a new product and all I can do is enter the model number for which I get a small green tick. I then cannot fill in any of the purchase details about where I bought the product etc, all I get is a red circle with line through. Please can you help.

Hi JOgden,

 

I guess the trick lies in the drop-down menu! If you try to type ILCE-7M3, a drop-down menu will appear with the camera series. Once you click on it, the rest of the details will be active.
