Cashback please help

Hi guys I bought a a7r III on 15th January 2018. I was told there was 150 euro cash back offer. There was nothing in the box about it and I've been trying to sort this out.

Can anyone please help me I understand its past a month now but I wasn't told there was a time limit for this.

I bought from a store in Dublin. Thanks guys and girls!!

You have to get a vat receipt and send it together with your item barcode to an email address they provide on their website . Am afraid I did all that but they never paid me any cash back . Which is disappointing , they will give you any excuse not to give you the cash back. Go onto Sony website and check . All the best
