Hello !
In Romania, www.sony.com/cashback, the form for the cashback promotion does not exist.
I bought an ILCE-7SM2 from an authorized store and participant in the cashback campaign on 17.11 and there is no form to claim my cashback. Very professional Sony !!!

You may have been using the wrong link to claim your cashback.

If you go to https://www.sony.ro/cashback

You will find all the pages are working
