How to get firmware apps onto a6300...seems complicated...just like all sony site??

I have just managed to sign in fine using my account details from here.

What error message are you getting?

I can sign in to the site, but am asked to sign in again when trying to get apps. then justs tells me I have not used correct sign in info?
