hi, just connected my camera to my pc to instal touchless shutter app,
it asked me to login, upon entering my login details keeps saying password
email is not recognised, so i tried to reset it ,it asks my birthdate , when i enter
it says wrong birthdate, i can login to sony uk website no problems but the desktop
program will not
any help much appreciated and thanks in advance
