problem with sony memories home software.

I am having problem making dvd from this sony software.The previos software was ok i could make dvd,no problem.My computer using o/s 7.The software gives 4 options for dvd.The last 3 options do not support jpeg format photos. When you click on option2  all the photos DARKEN.If you click the little square on the right hand side of the screen which says;show only mediafiles supported by the feature,ALL THE PHOTOS DISSAPPEAR. I am not very good with computers.help

I'm just going to try to find some answers for you. In the meantime, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas.

Hi Illahi,

That's a bit strange. I will check the limitations of the software once more but can you tell us what is the model of the camera you're using to take the pictures? Also, by os 7 do you mean Windows 7?

The camera that i have is sony slt-A65V model.I computer uses window 7.I don't know much about computers but i think if  i was using window 10 the problem may not occure.The previous software that sony used before the upgrade to this version PMH  everything worked perfectly.
