I've recently bought a Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 GM lens and I've discovered that the aperture makes a lot of noise when closing and opening. You can watch my test here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K10BAcN0JOY
None of my other sony lenses (16-35mm f/2.8, 24-70mm f/2.8, 90mm f/2.8 macro, 18-105mm f/4) make such a noise! I've sent the lens to the official Sony service and they tested it. They confirmed that the noise comes from the aperture, but they said it was normal.
After searching online, I've discovered that some other users experience the same issue. But some don't (their lens makes less noise). So it seems that this sound is not the same for all the copies of this lens.
What is your experience with this lens?
