Updating Firmware without access to Mac or Windows

Hi, I am awaiting the arrival of my new a6400 and anticipate the need to update the firmware. I do not have a windows or mac computer to hand, using chrome os for all my computing needs.

My question is, is it possible to update the firmware without access to a mac or windows machine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community. 

I think you will need a PC or a Mac but if you contact Sony Support about this, they will be able to advise.
