Sony A6500 Manual Exposure in Memory Recall Setting

I have my Sony A6500 setup in 4K 100mbps with the S-Log 2 PP on Memory setting 1 on the top dail and 1080P on the Memory setting 2. I have my A7sMkII setup so I can shoot video with manual exposure but the A6500 doesn't allow me to use manual exposure whilst shooting video in any mode other than video mode. Is there a way so I can use manual exposure on these Memory recall settings when shooting video?

I've had a look at the manual, but can't find any information on this.  It would be best to speak to support for further help.
