Please please please can someone help me, I keep getting pop ups on my tv such as "gamepadmanager" has stopped "freeview has stopp" i have tired to do a firmware update it is telling me it is updated. I am loosing the will to live, I only bought the tv 14 months ago. Has anyone else got these problems the tv is a w809c. Sony are absolutley pathetic, they wont help me or give me any directions on what to do.
I really need help!!!!
