I know you can turn all the reccomendations off, but then you get a stupid message telling you so, so I turned one back on (Google Video I think)

However, since doing so, it also now has recently played VLC/USB content on the damn homescreen. What's worse, it seems to auto preview it in the background complete with audio.

Seems a massive UX disaster really, any way to turn off the autoplay preview nonsense.

It's pretty, sure, but clearly developed by engineers.

Hi there

You issue is self-inflicted here (well almost )

Remove/disable the video app and just have enabled 'Watch Tv'
