Over the last couple of days I keep getting a message that android has stopped working on my TV, really annoying when you are in the middle of watching something, how can I fix this?

Have you tried updating to the latest software version?
Alternatively you can do a factory reset http://bit.ly/2qEmVrd
Please Note: Performing a factory reset will wipe all of your data and settings on your TV.

Thanks have tried a factory reset, which is a bit of pain but seems to have cleared the problem for now
My television started playing up two days ago and I cannot get it to play ball at all. The Factory reset has not worked for me so I have booked in for help. Thank you for all the advice.
