Hi Stewart,

I checked the thread I found that you reported the issue when the first version of Oreo came out. A new version has been released just recently it\s 6.5555. Could you double check if you've this one installed or not?

Cheers,

Rose

NO THEY HAVE NOT THEY ARE JUST INSISTING THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TV AND THEY ARE STICKING TO THAT THEY ARE SAYING IT IS NOT THE TV AT THE MOMENT I AM DEADLOCKED AS I AM SAYING THAT IT IS THE TV

Hi Stewart,

Have you tried changing the internet service provider?

I DONT SEE WHY I SHOULD HAVE TO CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN IT IS A FIRMWARE PROBLEM ON THE TV EVEN IF SONY ARE STILL DENYING IT
