i dont know where to post this - to be honest - sony website if by FAR the worst website ever

i ordered a TV a few weeks ago - registered etc etc

 

im now trying to login into my sony account via their UK website - to check the status order however EACH and EVERU single time i login - after 2 seconds i get logged out and take automatically to the login page again - i have tried to login like 1000 times and each time i did the same no matter what browser or phone/tablet/pc i used

on top of this i get asked to to some stupid mouse and cheese puzzle each time

 

can someone pls help and tell me what is going on with sony and their website?!!

The My Orders part of the website has been broken for a while now. As my order had a starts shipping date of July 13th I haven't really bothered to look for a solution. I also have no idea who to contact about this, but the link below maybe a good starting point. I'm sure that it will help me, and many others if you get any answers, so please update us if you can.

The picture Captcha has been a part of the Sony Website for many years. Being a global company it attracts a lot of crazies so needs a robust means against attack. 

 

Edit: To add weight, I have just filled in a support request for this issue. It will be interesting to see if we get any replies.

When I got our SONY Bravia TV I had no problems opening an account to register the TV.  Then I wanted to  contribute to the community and tried to log in with this account, but was always stopped with some error message about too many restarts.  The solution for me was opening another account with different email address for the community.

I got the usual rubbish reply from Sony Support which I have replied to ....

 Alternatively, you can contact them directly and see if they can send you a tracking link instead till the website is fixed.
