No sound from Bluetooth audio device after update

No sound from Bluetooth audio device after update

My out of the box TV (65XH9505) paired with my bluetooth earbuds with no trouble and I was using it just fine.

After an update that was auto downloaded / installed there is no sound.

 

I get the connection message, sound from the TV / audio system stops but there is no sound coming out of the earbuds.

 

Tried the troubleshooting steps -->  bluetooth on/off, unpair/pair again but nothing seems to work.

I even connected a different bluetooth device and its the same thing. Connection ok , no sound.

Any ideas?

That's weird. Have you tried a factory reset?
