SONY was a brand that i was in trust for many years.I own ps3, ps4, psp, smartphone c4,smartphone xperia e5 and a year ago i bought sony kdx49-7005.Yesterday a sony technician here in Greece called me and told me that sony does not regognize my problem as a problem and that the reason of the problem is enviromental polution!!!!!!!! I can see black shadows all over the screen in white backround.No guarrantie no rma no nothing.I told him that if the problem gets worst whats then?His answer was that sony does not accept this as a reason for guarrantee procedure.I m very disapointed from a so big brand like sony.My tv is in my living room and not on the road to get polluted....So sad for my buy......and sorry for my English
