Sony KD55XD9305 Full Instructions

Hi there

does anybody know of an actual full set of instructions for the Sony KD55XD9305 android TV (current model) please?

I am using very few features of this TV as the instructions seem limited to the "User Guide" on the Sony site and the same guide built in to the TV.  It is so high level it is useless bar a few examples.

For example, having successfully registered and performance tested an external HDD drive the TV tells me it is ready for recording.  When I press the red recording button nothing happens.  The streamlined user guide does not help me.

This is one example and there are many more.  Do I need to come to the support forums each tme I need to work out how to use a feature I accidentally stumbled across?

I suggest you try the HTML version of the guide if you haven't allready done so. It is rather helpful and many users are satisfied with the information it provides.
