When, after watching either Amazon Prime or Netflix, I start BBC iPlayer (or ITV Hub, or All 4), the screen goes blank, then an error message ('An error has occurred. Please try again later') is displayed after 10-15s.
So, in order to watch BBC iPlayer I have to reboot the TV. I have a KD-49XE9005.
Is there any resolution to this?

The software version is PKG6.7165. This was an update within the last week (7th Jun 2021)
However, the problem still persists.
The problem occurs when I switch on the TV, I then start BBC iPlayer and it fails with the error message "An error has occurred. Please try again later".
I then have to restart the TV at which point BBC iPlayer works. It continues to work until I switch off the TV.
I have regularly cleared the cache, it's currently at 78MB (The TV has 8GB storage, there's 6GB storage free)
The problem also occurs with All4, My5 and ITVHub but not with YouTube, Netflix or Amazon Prime.
As much as I hate to recommend this, but your best bet at this point would be a full factory reset since there seems to be some sort of corrupt setting or file that's causing this.
