using remote for volume up then it keeps going OR volume down and continues going????

Hi,  I have a KD-49XE8005 (about 2.5 yrs old) and recently have had issues with the volume when using the remote I can press it and then the volume just keeps getting louder and louder and then when I get it to stop and try to decrease the volume the same thing happens the other way and before you know it volume is zero.

So annoying , has anyone had this issue and can suggest a fix?

Buttons not sticking on the remote and regularly take them out and put back in the remote.

Thanks for the update and also appreciate the timing as my warranty runs out in just over a week so have just claimed my 2nd remote under warranty.  I started this thread but have had to set up a new account as I have changed email and could not log in.I have taken a note of the All for one remote for next time.
