will touch pad work with sony bravia ag8

hi, just installed my ag8 55" tv. I am so disappointed with the supplied remote it is not a patch on my existing samsung that had two remotes one voice activated.

my question is i see you can buy a touch pad/voice activated remote, will this work with the above tv and be worthwhile.Also there seems to be two models with a£1 difference what model should i go for?

You can install the TV Side View app Your phone and tablet for free, and then You have Remote, Touch/mouse, and Keyboard... Works like a charm!
