DSC-HX90 Zoom

Hello - probably a stupid question but ........ when I use the zoom lever the commentary on the screen appears to suggest it only goes up to x20 - is this correct as the technical blurb for the DSC HX90 suggests it has an optical zoom of x30 and I suppose I was expecting to read x30 on the screen.

is it the help text? Then it's probably a copy and paste error from the previous model.

Your camera can zoom up to 30times.
