why is the new bbm app for android not compatable with this phone

The bbm app is not compatible with this phone for some reason. The requirements to download the app are to have android v4.0 and up and to have a screen size less than 7 inchs.the Xperia e has those requirements please help I'm the only one.

It's up to the app developer to release it on other regions/countries

That's just a development bug
If you install BBM apk file it works perfectly
I'm using it currently no problems
