Can log into PC Reader on my Desktop,but not on my laptop.Why?

    Hi there,

I am able to log in to PC Reader on my desktop PC, but when I try to log in on my laptop,using the same email address and password, my email/password is refused.Any help appreciated.

I'm winging it a bit here, but don't you have to register/authorise your laptop with Reader and/or ADE anew, so it knows it ?

Just to verify on this. Does it only need one device per account for PC reader?
