Cant read books.

I am unable to read books on my PRS-505 due to defunct adobe registration. Can I reset to factory settings.

Try this...

Reset the Reader by pressing a small pin or clip into the Reset hole on the rear of your Reader.

Slide the Power switch to Start the Reader.

When the screen displays Starting up

Press and hold both the Mark button and the VOL + button simultaneously until the Reset all screen appears.

Once the Reset All screen appears press the 5 button to continue.
